    Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update | Need Supply Co.


    We sincerely hope this finds you safe and healthy. As COVID-19 continues to impact more people around the world, we'd like to share steps we're taking to protect you, our staff, and our community.

    Across our business, we've increased the frequency and extent of our cleaning and sterilization procedures, especially for all high-touch areas and surfaces. We require all employees to stay at home if they are feeling unwell and recently implemented an emergency sick leave policy to support them. Additionally, we're following social distancing recommendations, and employees who can work from home are doing so.

    At the same time, we're continuing to serve the needs of our community safely. Although our store in Richmond is temporarily closed to the public, we will continue to fulfill online orders.

    It's easy to overlook that Need Supply Co. is a small business. Founded in 1996, we are–and always have been–that neighborhood shop where you discover what's new and find community among like-minded individuals. If you're staying indoors, thank you.     As the situation is rapidly evolving, we are carefully following guidelines and best practices from the CDC, WHO, and other national health agencies. If our plans change, we'll keep you informed as we continue to prioritize the health and safety of our community above all else.

We would be happy to help you cancel or update your order’s address information prior to your order shipping, please contact us so we can assist you. Note: We can not make specific changes to items within an order.

    Shipping and Handling

    Please note: Due to increased order volume and the rapidly evolving situation regarding COVID-19, some orders may experience shipping delays.

    Typically, orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Saturday delivery is currently not available.

    Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO Boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please note transit times above are provided by USPS and UPS and are not necessarily guaranteed.

    In-Store Pickup

    We offer free In-Store Pickup as an option for our local Richmond customers. Simply select In-Store Pickup at Checkout and one of our store associates will give you a phone call when it’s ready. Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 7 days.

    When shipping to international addresses, you will be responsible for import duties, fees and taxes upon delivery of your international order. This charge is determined by your local customs authority. We suggest contacting your local customs office for additional information on these charges. Please note that transit times indicated above are provided by UPS and USPS, and are not necessarily guaranteed.

    Please note: International packages that are refused or abandoned will not be eligible for any type of reimbursement or reshipment.

    Returns and Exchanges

    Return Policy

    All items marked with Final Sale messaging on the item page at the time of purchase are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit, no exceptions. Any Final Sale items returned will be returned to the customer at their expense.?We accept returns for refund or exchange, solely for items damaged in transit.

    To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 7 days of receiving the product with photographs at help@www.babyhanle.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.


    Sale Price Adjustment

    Need Supply Co offers a sale price adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Adjustments must be claimed within 7 days of sale start date. Sale price adjustments will be credited to the original form of payment. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase when request is made. We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.

    Price Match Policy

    Need Supply Co will match the price of non-sale styles available on other websites. If a better price is found, please email us a link and we will adjust your order and match the price. The exact style, color and size must be available at the lower price when submitting the request. Style must be represented on a website located and shipping from within the United States which sells clothing in US dollars. We do not match other website’s promotions or promotional discounts. Requests can be made when placing your order or within Need Supply Co's 14 day return window.

    Coupon Codes

    Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Offer may not be applied to previous purchases, gift cards, shipping fees, or taxes. Discount applied before shipping, handling, and tax. Some exclusions may apply.

    TLS 1.1/1.2 Support

    If you would like to continue using Internet Explorer 8, 9, and 10 to access secure pages (HTTPS) after February 28, 2018, please change the following Internet Explorer browser settings:

    • Click the Advanced tab
    • Scroll down to the Security section
